30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Eligible products purchased directly may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
The product should be in the same condition in which it was received.
All original accessories, parts, manuals, and promotional gifts must be included.
Proof of purchase is required.
The return must be authorized by our customer service team before the product is shipped back.
Products returned with missing parts, damage caused by the customer, excessive signs of use, or missing promotional gifts may be subject to a partial refund or deduction.
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are generally not eligible for a standard return. Warranty-related issues may still be covered under our warranty policy.
